Consumers can unpack the products to the extent necessary to check if the product is the one, he/she wanted and to find out if it is defective or not. Defective products or products that do not match the appearance advertised can be returned up to two years from the date of the invoice. Shipping cost will be on us. For the return of the items you must use the partnered courier company.
*In the case that the product is not defective and is the one ordered, the shipping cost will charged to the customer.
*If for any reason you do not use the partnered courier company, the shipping cost will be charged to the customer and if they are sent at our expense, the package will not be accepted and will be returned to you by the courier.
We do not accept refunds on specific products: mattress protectors, sleep pillows and sleep pillows protectors.
